We recognise that Leadership is given to bring people into freedom. This position is one Jesus Christ himself demonstrated as He was sent by God with a mission to make freedom available to the whole world.
Our aim as a leadership team is to bring people to a place where they know they are free from guilt, bitterness, and free to be all that they were made to be.

Senior Pastor
The City of Ballarat is on the heart of Senior Pastor's, Rodney and Daphne. For nearly 20 years God has empowered them to inspire people of diverse backgrounds, through example and practical messages, to live in relationship with Jesus Christ. Their desire is that this city may know Him.
Rodney and Daphne have five children, three of which are married and have blessed them with nine grandchildren.
John-Mark Samuels
Associate Senior Pastor
John-Mark is resolute in his focus to serve and learn. These traits demonstrate both the humility of heart and visionary nature of a man preparing himself to see a great number of people transformed by the love and power of God; a purpose he desires to be used in.
John-Mark is also a qualified carpenter and has plans of opening his own cafe.
